Flyte Solutions Ltd. is expanding its technology talent pool and looking for experienced .NET / ASP.NET Core Engineers to support enterprise software development, digital transformation and technology resource-augmentation engagements.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience building secure, scalable and high-availability applications for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance and other enterprise environments.

Position

Mid-Level .NET / ASP.NET Core Engineer: 3–5 Years

Senior .NET / ASP.NET Core Engineer: 5–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain enterprise applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop secure, scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop applications using clean architecture, layered architecture and/or microservices patterns.
• Work with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server and relational databases.
• Integrate internal systems, third-party services and enterprise APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access controls.
• Develop applications supporting high-volume transactions and concurrent users.
• Implement validation, logging, audit trails and exception-handling mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance, API response times and database queries.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design and development standards.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and production issues.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Business Analysts and Product teams.

Senior-Level Expectations

Senior candidates will additionally contribute to:

• Technical design and solution architecture.
• Complex problem solving and performance optimization.
• Code reviews and engineering standards.
• Technical mentoring of other developers.
• Technical estimation and solution discussions.
• Client-facing technical discussions where required.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of relevant professional experience, depending on level.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core and Web API.
• Strong SQL Server and database knowledge.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of Git and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Microservices | Entity Framework Core | Redis | Docker | Kubernetes | Azure/AWS | CI/CD | Angular | React | API Gateway

Experience in banking, fintech, payment systems, telecom, insurance or enterprise applications will be highly valued.
