Indexed description

About the role We're hiring a full stack engineer who builds with AI, not alongside it. You'll partner with a PM to take products from zero to one. The projects you'll work on span multiple domains - fintech/insurance is just one of them - so no specific industry background is required.

What matters most is deep, hands-on experience with AI: you're fluent with modern LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) and agentic coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf), and you know how to manage context well - not just that these tools exist. .NET and Angular are a plus, but we're really looking for someone whose primary workflow is writing code by directing AI.

What you'll do

  • Build new products end-to-end.
  • Use agentic dev tools as your primary workflow - directing agents, not typing functions.
  • Design AI agent systems with frameworks like Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or LangGraph: tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, memory, guardrails.
  • Own the full stack: APIs, data, frontend, infra, CI/CD, monitoring.
  • Make calls when specs are light, then validate with the PM.
  • Ship to production and own uptime, cost, and performance.

Required

  • Strong, hands-on experience with AI - real production use of LLMs and agentic dev tools, a solid grasp of context management, and at least one agent framework. We'll ask you to walk through what you've built.
  • You've shipped real software. We care more about what you've built with AI than years on a resume - large-enterprise or big-project experience is not required.
  • Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers, CI/CD.
  • Fluent English; comfortable working async.

Nice to have

  • You've built and shipped your own products - side projects, startups, or OSS. Even small personal projects count, and they're a big plus.
  • .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, EF) and Angular.
  • Multi-agent orchestration experience.
  • Azure ecosystem (Functions, App Service, AI Services).
  • LLM cost management in production.
  • Contributions to agentic frameworks or AI dev tooling.

Why join us

  • Work from anywhere - any location, your normal working hours, except for team syncs.
  • An international team across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Friendly, helpful colleagues.
  • Team-building activities, virtual and sometimes in person.
  • No bureaucracy.
  • AI-native by default - you'll work with the best agentic tools every day, not as a side experiment.

How to apply

Send your resume to [email protected] along with:

  • Links to things you've built - shipped products, apps, or repos (if you've built with agentic tools, lead with that).
  • A short video (5-10 min, Loom or similar) walking us through one project and how you actually work with AI.

Applications without project links or a walkthrough are hard for us to assess, so please include all three.
