What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-powered and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable value.
- Apply modern engineering practices, including automated testing, code reviews, software design patterns, and continuous integration.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications utilizing modern cloud platforms and distributed architecture principles.
- Contribute to DevOps initiatives through CI/CD automation, monitoring, observability, deployment management, and production support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while implementing long-term, sustainable solutions.
- Participate in architectural planning and provide recommendations for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Promote engineering excellence by establishing best practices, standards, and AI development methodologies.
- Mentor team members through technical guidance, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and code review activities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting AI and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, APIs, microservices, design patterns, and testing frameworks.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications using major cloud platforms.
- Proficiency with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and operational support.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, architecture, and debugging capabilities.
- Understanding of application security principles, including authentication, authorization, and secure development practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor colleagues, and influence engineering best practices.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions for AI-enabled systems.
- Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools and methodologies.
- Previous experience providing technical leadership or contributing to solution architecture initiatives.
