Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ansible for RHEL Consultant to support enterprise infrastructure automation and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), RHEL administration, automation, configuration management, and enterprise infrastructure operations.

The consultant will work closely with technical architects, infrastructure teams, and customer stakeholders to develop, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions across RHEL environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Ansible automation for Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation workflows.
• Support automation of system provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and operational tasks.
• Work with Ansible Automation Platform/AWX to manage enterprise automation.
• Analyze existing manual infrastructure processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Troubleshoot RHEL and Ansible-related issues across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with architects and infrastructure teams to define automation standards and best practices.
• Integrate Ansible automation with existing enterprise tools and infrastructure platforms.
• Support automation testing, deployment, documentation, and operational handoff.
• Participate in technical discussions with customer stakeholders and provide hands-on technical guidance.
• Develop technical documentation, implementation procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Support the transition of automation solutions into ongoing operational support.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Strong experience with Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Experience developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Solid understanding of Linux system administration and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, architects, and customer stakeholders.
