🚀 About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a solid technical environment where you will contribute to building and evolving modern infrastructure across both cloud and on-premise systems. You’ll be part of an experienced team that provides real support for your professional growth.

🛠️ What you’ll do

• Contribute to defining and managing infrastructure as code (IaC), including networking, databases, and proxies across cloud (Azure,AWS) and on-prem environments.
• Help build secure, stable, and scalable systems, following best practices with guidance from senior team members.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to improve system visibility and operability.
• Support development teams with CI/CD processes, including pipelines, testing, packaging, and deployments.
• Identify repetitive tasks and help automate them, promoting operational efficiency and self-service.

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines supporting OSPO products and services.
• Operate and continuously improve observability platforms, monitoring solutions, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions workflows, and automation services.
• Manage GitHub applications, repository automation, integrations, and platform services across GitHub organizations.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Support data collection, processing, and visualization capabilities for Open Source and InnerSource adoption metrics.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate operational workflows.
• Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, platform optimization, and continuous improvement activities.

📍 Location: Hybrid Model (2-3) - Barcelona (Zona Franca).
