We’re seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams while modernizing engineering practices, delivery, and developer productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams and technical leaders.
• Drive Agile transformation, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development.
• Improve engineering productivity, quality, reliability, and delivery.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Establish strong practices around observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading and scaling Agile engineering organizations.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development, cloud, APIs, web, and mobile technologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering, CI/CD, automation, and production systems.
• Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Mobile or frontend engineering background strongly preferred.

Preferred: Azure, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL/Snowflake, Kotlin/Swift, GitHub Actions, and observability platforms.
