Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs. Your work will directly impact the functionality and reliability of our systems, helping drive the innovative solutions we provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both production and development environments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Shared Responsibilities

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Golang development.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
