Remote AI Marketing Project Manager

Remote AI Marketing Project Manager needs 5–7+ years of project/program management experience

Requires:

• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technology, data, digital, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives from definition through implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities, changing requirements, and distributed teams.
• Strong project planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with business owners, technical delivery teams, architecture, data teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
• Practical understanding of AI delivery concepts, including data quality, integrations, experimentation, model or solution validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI governance.
• Experience defining KPIs, acceptance criteria, benefits measures, and adoption plans for new products, platforms, or operating processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, exercise sound judgment, and create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort working across Ireland and U.S. time zones, with the flexibility to maintain regular collaboration windows with both teams.
• (Preferred) PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable project / product delivery certification.

• Experience working with Large complex global organization
• PMP certification
• Strong Agile project management and strategic planning experience
• Experience coordinating technology + business/marketing teams
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, including:
• AI models / GenAI
• AI agents
• AI governance
• Privacy & security considerations
• Proven experience managing POCs, rapid prototypes, testing plans, schedules, and delivery
• Strong experience with budget and resource tracking
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work with teams across US, Ireland, and India
• Willingness/ability to work hours that provide overlap with Europe
• Marketing/digital marketing projects experience
• Insurance or consulting industry experience preferred
• Experience delivering AI-related projects
• Digital marketing, web, social media, creative, branding, or communications technology experience
• Experience implementing AI into marketing/content workflows
• Multilingual content/publishing technology experience
• Insurance or consulting background

Not a fit!

• Pure software developers/AI engineers without program management experience
• Traditional PMs with no understanding of AI
• Candidates who only manage schedules and don't coordinate business + technology stakeholders
• Candidates unwilling to provide some Europe-hours overlap
• Candidates whose experience is entirely unrelated to technology, marketing, or digital transformation
