Location: Houston, TX (Northwest Houston / Willowbrook Area)

Schedule: Onsite (Four days a week)

A growing and financially stable organization is seeking an Oracle/.NET Application Developer to join its technology team and help support the continued evolution of critical business applications. This is an exciting opportunity for a full-stack developer who enjoys working across both application and database layers while helping drive modernization initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Oracle technologies with strong .NET development experience and enjoys partnering directly with business stakeholders to build scalable, high-impact solutions. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing existing Oracle-based applications while contributing to long-term application modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Oracle and Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and support solutions utilizing Oracle APEX, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Architect, build, and maintain Oracle database objects including packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Develop and optimize complex and performance-sensitive SQL queries.
• Integrate existing software and applications into new or enhanced business systems.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations between enterprise platforms and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in application modernization and system enhancement initiatives.
• Utilize Git, Azure, and Azure DevOps to support development, deployment, and source control processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation supporting application development and business operations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance system scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack .NET development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Microsoft development tools and frameworks.
• 5+ years of Oracle Database development experience.
• Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle APEX development experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining Oracle packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Git, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong customer-focused relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Acumatica integrations.
• Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA).
• ERP integration experience.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with application modernization or migration initiatives.
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise APIs.
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, energy, or environmental services organizations.
• Experience working in highly customized application environments.
