Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and SOAP services.
• Experience with message queues and event-driven systems, preferably RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Entity Framework Core, MS SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in modular monolith and microservices architectures.
• Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Familiarity with automated testing and TDD/BDD practices.

Nice to Have

• Ability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day software development workflows,
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI-powered projects,
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and model-agnostic persistent memory architectures,
• Experience developing control mechanisms for custom agents, including authorization, validation, tool access, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows,
• Experience with payment systems or high-volume transactional applications.
