The ideal candidate will have strong experience with automation, containerization, and cloud-based environments, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability across our software delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, operate, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure.
  • Manage source control systems using Git and implement effective branching strategies.
  • Manage production and non-production environments supporting SaaS products, APIs, microservices, and integration services.
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines supporting configuration management, application releases, and database deployments.
  • Automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and GitOps workflows using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform.
  • Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker across modern container orchestration platforms.
  • Implement monitoring, centralized logging, tracing, and alerting solutions to maintain system availability and performance.
  • Establish and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
  • Monitor infrastructure usage and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising security, performance, or availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline release lifecycles and operational workflows.
  • Support production incidents, troubleshoot infrastructure issues across Linux environments, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  • Understanding of high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting .NET-based microservices and API architectures.
  • Experience with AWS networking, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers, DNS, and CDN configurations.
  • Experience with database performance, capacity planning, or infrastructure-level query monitoring.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, vulnerability management, and audit requirements.
  • Experience implementing AWS cost-management practices.

What We Expect

This role has direct responsibility for the reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency of our infrastructure. We are looking for someone who does more than maintain existing systems—someone who identifies risks early, improves engineering processes, automates repetitive work, and takes ownership of production reliability. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with business-critical systems and participating in incident response when urgent production issues occur.

If you are passionate about building reliable infrastructure, automating processes, and improving system performance, we'd love to hear from you.
