Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Frameworks: Mastery of .NET 8+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• Languages: Advanced expertise in C# and TypeScript
• Cloud Architecture: Proven experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, AKS)
• Data Systems: Deep knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB)
• Design Patterns: Expert-level command of Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS
• DevOps: Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• System Architecture: Design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-native .NET applications
• Team Leadership: Mentor 5–10 developers, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth
• Technical Roadmap: Define engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for the department
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints
• Hands-on Development: Code critical system components and establish foundational frameworks
• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years as a software architect
• Leadership: 2+ years of direct experience managing or leading agile development teams
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
