- 5+ years of working experience with Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java, familiar with Python.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with middle ware service like Kafka, RocketMQ etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, OCP) and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash, sh, etc. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of financial markets products and processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Front-end development experience (e.g., Angular, JavaScript, React) is a plus for full-stack roles.
- Prior professional experience in FinTech, Top tier banking industry
