With an established customer base, strong recurring revenue and ambitious expansion plans, the business is looking for someone who can build strategic relationships, open new markets and help shape the future of its commercial organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a business development strategy focused on long-term growth.
• Develop relationships with customers across high-tech industries.
• Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and partnerships.
• Work closely with leadership to identify new verticals and routes to market.
• Lead discovery conversations and understand complex customer requirements.
• Support commercial growth by developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Represent the business across conferences, customer meetings and industry events.

Key Requirements

• Successful track record selling complex enterprise software solutions.
• Experience working with technical products and engaging engineering teams.
• Industry experience within sectors such as autonomous systems, aerospace, robotics, defence technology or industrial software.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a commercial context.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
