The Client is seeking an Information Management Analyst II to support and manage IT and operational infrastructure critical to reliable manufacturing operations. This role combines functional aspects of a Business Systems Analyst, IT System Administrator, and Technical Specialist. The position involves configuring physical and virtual servers, managing workstations, administering Windows Domains, and maintaining network routers and switches. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with site operations, process control groups, and corporate cybersecurity and process control networks.
Core Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with industrial control system support groups to ensure operational continuity for installed assets and infrastructure.
- Manage hardware refresh cycles, including lifecycle management for obsolete operating systems and hardware assets.
- Provide network design and configuration support during capital project deployments.
- Execute and oversee potentially disruptive activities within the production Industrial Control System (ICS) environment, maintaining a primary focus on safety and minimal operational impact.
- Implement corporate cybersecurity requirements and compliance activities within the ICS environment.
- Diagnose and resolve service delivery issues across control systems infrastructure, including network-level troubleshooting.
- Optimize IT service delivery by enhancing reliability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with engineering standards and safety practices.
- Maintain technical documentation for supported infrastructure and systems.
- Identify and recommend cost-effective opportunities for operational enhancement and value creation.
- Assist in the development and tracking of department budget plans.
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and internal resources to complete projects and service requests.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in an Information Technology discipline.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional interaction.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration with business stakeholders as well as local and remote IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and manufacturing networks.
- Familiarity with refining or process-oriented operations environments.

- Work Status: On-site / Standard Operational Support
- Schedule: 40 hours/ week. 24/7 On-Call for onsite- emergency response.
