Infrastructure & Platform Manager

Role purpose

Senior technical and operational lead responsible for ensuring the secure, resilient, and compliant operation of infrastructure services supporting the Digital Services Act (DSA) platforms. The role provides technical and operational leadership over infrastructure engineering and operations across cloud-native and Microsoft environments. It includes enforcing security, compliance, and governance requirements, overseeing platform reliability and performance, and enabling the delivery of scalable, high-performing systems in line with regulatory and organizational standards.

Mandatory experience and skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with significant exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, and Microsoft enterprise platforms and infrastructures: Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Dynamics and SharePoint.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams or projects, including proven experience managing cross-domain engineering teams covering cloud and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience working with security frameworks, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and modern authentication protocols.
• At least 4 years of experience applying DevSecOps practices, automation and CI/CD pipelines in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience developing automation and security workflows using PowerShell, Python, Ansible and Terraform.
• English at minimum CEFR B2 level, spoken and written.

Mandatory certification

Mandatory certification: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP), AND AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional. Equivalent certifications are accepted under the contract. Certifications must be valid and remain in good standing during contract execution.
