Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support the monitoring, stability, and reliability of production systems in a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Acknowledge, triage, and resolve alerts and incidents within SLA targets.
• Perform troubleshooting and approved remediation activities using established runbooks.
• Maintain and update incidents in ServiceNow with accurate documentation.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and monitoring data to identify and resolve issues.
• Support Linux-based production environments and cloud-hosted workloads.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with SRE teams and participate in operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Operations, or Production Support.
• 2+ years of experience working with public cloud environments.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Hands-on experience with incident management and ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, and production environments.

Nice to Have

• Kubernetes experience.
• Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and storage concepts.
• Exposure to enterprise production support or managed services environments.
• SAP production support experience.
