Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, AWS, CI/CD, and deployment automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and performance of applications across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline build and release processes.
• Manage different environments such as Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Configure and manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and production-related issues.
• Implement appropriate security, access control, backup, and monitoring practices.
• Maintain deployment documentation, infrastructure configurations, and operational procedures.
• Participate in release management, production deployments, and incident resolution.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services such as:
• EC2
• S3
• IAM
• VPC
• RDS
• CloudWatch
• Lambda
• Load Balancer / ALB
• Route 53
• ECS/ECR or EKS
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipeline implementation.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Experience with Terraform / AWS CloudFormation or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as VPC, subnets, security groups, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Basic understanding of cloud security, IAM, and access management.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Knowledge of microservices and cloud-native application architecture.
• Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices.
• AWS certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
