A key part of any company’s information management strategy, OpenText enterprise content management (ECM) software provides Content Services to help connect content within context for core business processes to accelerate productivity, improve governance and drive digital transformation. With solutions ranging from intelligent capture to records management and archiving, Content Services connects information from across the enterprise with the people and systems that need it.

The InfoArchive group of OpenText Enterprise Content Management platforms division is focusing on the development and maintenance of the InfoArchive product line. InfoArchive is a unified enterprise archiving platform that stores structured data and unstructured content in a single, consolidated repository. This product enables corporations to preserve the value of enterprise information in a single, easily accessible, compliant, unified archive.

Your Impact

You are part of an Engineering organization building and operating a highly scalable, globally available Public Cloud Service (SaaS) in the Enterprise Information Management domain. Working closely with Software Engineering and IT Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and continuous evolution of our fast-growing cloud platform. In an agile environment, you will drive automation, streamline operations, and help deliver new capabilities to customers around the world.

This is a highly technical, hands-on DevOps role focused on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and production reliability, where your primary objective will be to build, maintain, and optimize scalable and secure deployment platforms that enable efficient software delivery.

What The Role Offers

  • Lead DevOps and automation initiatives across development and operations teams.
  • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Improve performance, security, observability, and operational excellence across the SaaS platform.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud-based enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Proficiency in Ansible, Python and Bash scripting for automation and operational tasks.
  • Solid Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with excellent communication skill in English.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $118,000.00 - $168,000.00; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
