Location: Brampton, ON L6Y 5S - 4 days onsite per week


Job Description:


DevOps Requirements:


  • Platform engineering with strong cloud infrastructure fundamentals — Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Networking, Compute, Storage, IAM/WIF, BigQuery, Cloud Logging).
  • Development proficiency in Golang and Python — for platform tooling, automation, and microservices.
  • GitLab — CI/CD pipelines, repo administration at scale.
  • Terraform — IaC authoring and management across many projects/teams.
  • Kubernetes — hands-on operational and architectural depth (GitOps/ArgoCD, RBAC, custom controllers).
  • Team handling — proven experience managing and growing a distributed engineering team.
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry collector fleet management & OpenTelemetry in general.
  • Observability stack experience (Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, PagerDuty)
  • Exposure to AIOps/FinOps practices.
  • Experience with Backstage or other internal developer platforms.
