The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems to help turn advanced AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready workflows.
You’ll work across frontend, backend and AI integrations, designing systems that allow AI agents to plan, use tools, handle failures and complete multi-step tasks.
What You'll Do
- Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend and AI integrations
- Design agent workflows involving planning, tool use, failure and recovery
- Integrate LLMs, memory systems and external tools
- Build real-time AI interactions using streaming and partial results
- Improve reliability, observability and fallback mechanisms
- Work closely with ML, Backend and Product teams
- Take features from concept through to production
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in full-stack software engineering
- Solid understanding of system design and API architecture
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents or AI-powered applications
- Strong backend experience, ideally with Python and/or Node.js
- Experience building production-grade software in fast-moving environments
- Strong ownership and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions
