The Role

• Develop and implement software solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, PL/SQL, ORDS, or Elm.
• Independently implement technical requirements in close coordination with clients.
• Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection in collaboration with the team.
• Work on diverse client projects, ranging from healthcare and the public sector to the automotive industry.
• Build and further develop CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and mentor less experienced colleagues.

What You'll Need

• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in software development.
• Professional training or a degree with an IT focus.
• Proficient in agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern development processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering and direct client communication.
• Independent, structured working style and the ability to advocate for solutions within the team and to clients.
• Keen interest in the continuous development of processes and technologies.
• Very good German language skills and basic English language skills.
