Essential Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Information Officer and Court Technology Department.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the department
- Prepare spreadsheets and presentations
- Compile statistical data using Microsoft Office
- Book travel arrangements
- Manage procurement process and related record keeping
- Coordinate vendor contacts, contracts, quotes and invoices
- Compose reports, agendas, correspondences and business letters using proper format
- Screen phone calls/visitors and provide them information, direction, and resolve issues
- Assist with planning of training sessions and other programs for court technology personnel
- Record accurate meeting minutes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of established administrative procedures
PREFERRED: One year experience in Information Technology related administrative work.
Relevant experience and/or education may substitute for the recommended minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis.
