Lead .NET Developer -REMOTE

Remote / Hybrid

1-Year Contract-to-Hire

$76-$86/hr W2 + Benefits

No C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship available.

Candidates must be able to work on Prominent's W2 payroll during the contract period.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Azure application development within an Agile Scrum team.
  • Design, develop, and deploy APIs, websites, and enterprise applications.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Support Azure deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure application resiliency and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Create technical documentation and promote team knowledge sharing.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years as a Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer developing and deploying solutions in Azure.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Azure App Services, API Management, Key Vault, Monitor, Application Insights, Azure SQL
    • ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or React
    • Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Terraform
    • REST APIs, Docker, JSON, OIDC, SAML
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Strong understanding of Azure security, code scanning, IAM, and data encryption.
  • Experience with Fortify and Sonatype.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred

  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with BDD and TDD.
  • Awareness of FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust Architecture.
