Full Stack Engineer

New York City (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office) | Up to $235,000 Base Salary + Equity + Benefits

The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building and scaling products that serve thousands of users across a rapidly growing platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript
• Developing scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Django or Flask
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver new features
• Owning projects from concept and architecture through to deployment and support
• Designing and implementing integrations with internal and external systems
• Contributing to platform scalability, performance, and reliability
• Building solutions across onboarding, booking workflows, client management, communications, and operational tooling
• Supporting engineering best practices, testing, and code quality initiatives

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer building modern web applications
• Strong frontend development experience using React and TypeScript
• Strong backend development experience using Python
• Experience working with Django, Flask, or similar backend frameworks
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of relational databases and ORM-based development
• Experience developing scalable, customer-facing products
• Understanding of application architecture, testing, and software engineering best practices
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, consumer technology, or high-growth product-led environments is advantageous
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
