We are seeking a Senior L3 Production Support Developer to support a data-intensive financial application. This person will investigate production issues across the database, backend-services, and user-interface layers while working closely with development, operations, and support teams.

The ideal candidate is a senior developer with strong SQL Server and C# experience who can understand complex application behavior, analyze datasets, trace stored-procedure logic, and communicate the root cause of production problems.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve L3 production application issues
• Analyze financial datasets and identify errors or anomalies
• Review, troubleshoot, and modify complex SQL Server stored procedures
• Trace logic across nested and cascading stored procedures
• Support and debug C# backend services
• Review Angular application behavior when issues involve the UI
• Perform root-cause analysis across the application stack
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions to technical and business partners
• Make targeted application and database corrections
• Support testing, release, and deployment activities
• Learn the existing application before taking ownership of larger fixes
• Participate in production-support and on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level software development experience
• Strong C# and .NET experience
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills
• Extensive experience with stored procedures
• Experience supporting production applications at the L3 level
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across data, backend, and UI layers
• Strong logical and scenario-based problem-solving ability
• Experience with financial applications or financial data
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Familiarity with Angular applications

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience
• DevOps, source-control, and release-process experience
• Experience with security scanning and controlled deployment environments
• Exposure to Python or interest in learning it
