工作职责

  • 负责AI流水线平台(后端、数据库、界面设计)相关的设计、开发和测试工作； 2. DevOps体系建设:设计自动化测试插件，开发研发场景业务提效智能体等编码工作； 3. 根据项目需求，编写高质量的代码和文档； 4. 与团队成员紧密合作，共同解决开发过程中的问题； 5. 持续关注 Java、云原生、DevOps、人工智能及 Agent 技术发展，并推动相关技术在业务中的应用。

任职要求

  • 计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历; 2. 扎实的编程基础，熟悉多线程、数据结构与算法，至少掌握Java、Python、Golang中的一种编程语言; 3. 熟悉 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis 等主流 Java 开发框架; 4. 熟悉 MySQL 等关系型数据库，了解 Redis、RabbitMQ、Kafka 等常用中间件； 5. 使用过 Spring AI、LangChain4j、LangChain、Dify、Coze 等 Agent 或大模型应用开发框架; 6. 了解 MCP 协议及 MCP Server、MCP Client 的基本开发和接入方式； 7. 具备Al和Agent相关技术领域经验(如AI工程六、智能问答、代码助手、自动化测试助手或研发效能智能体等)者优先。
