AI Software Development Consultant (m/w/d)

Your contribution: You develop AI-powered software that automates tasks previously performed manually and integrates into existing processes. By combining AI with sound software engineering, you create reliable solutions that can be adapted to other areas of application.

• Integrate LLMs into software solutions, design prompts and guardrails, and ensure the applications work reliably in practice
• Develop on-premises AI solutions that run within our clients’ infrastructure and meet their requirements for data protection, security and compatibility with existing systems
• Develop and test robust backends, microservices and APIs (REST, GraphQL and others)
• Establish clean code principles and conduct code and architecture reviews
• Improve workflows and introduce automated testing and CI/CD processes to maintain high software quality
• Work in ambitious, professional project teams and support complex development projects through every phase
• Share and expand your expertise through workshops and coaching within your department

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or a related technical field
• Initial experience in software development, ideally with Java, Python, C++ or C#
• Practical exposure to the integration and use of on-premises and cloud-based AI
• An understanding of how current LLMs work, including their strengths and limitations
• Enthusiasm for complex systems and the drive to understand, test and continuously improve the software you develop
• Willingness to travel for client projects across the DACH region
• Professional fluency in German and fluency in English
