Feature Lead/ Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a Feature Lead supporting the Global Community Opportunity (GCO) application portfolio. This individual will lead day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) support, oversee application enhancements, coordinate releases, manage production issues, and drive technical delivery across a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical lead with experience supporting enterprise applications across Java and .NET technology environments, combined with expertise in production support, release management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BAU development and support team.
- Manage and prioritize work through Jira and Kanban boards.
- Coordinate activities across development, infrastructure, database, and support teams.
- Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
- Support and maintain enterprise applications across Java and .NET technology environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, infrastructure, and data-related issues.
- Coordinate code promotions utilizing Bitbucket and XLR.
- Prepare and manage Change Requests (CRQs) through Release Manager and ITSM processes.
- Support and maintain Autosys jobs and scheduling processes.
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a Feature Lead, Technical Lead, or Senior Application Support role.
- Experience leading development and production support teams.
- Experience with one of the following technologies (Java or .NET), with working knowledge of the other preferred.
- Experience with Jira and Kanban-based delivery practices.

- Secrets Vault and password rotation activities
- NPT remediations in LLE environments (SDInfo)

- Experience supporting applications in financial services or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
- Experience with enterprise production support and operational governance.
- Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and change management best practices.
