Full Stack Developer (.NET / Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)

We're partnering with a well-established Perth-based technology-focused business that is investing heavily in its internal software capabilities. As part of this growth, we're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative team responsible for delivering and enhancing business-critical applications across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across the full development lifecycle while leveraging modern Microsoft technologies to deliver practical solutions that make a real impact.

The Role

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll be involved in the design, development, support and continuous improvement of a range of custom business applications and platforms.

You'll contribute across both front-end and back-end development while helping drive innovation through Microsoft business applications and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Develop and support solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem
• Integrate business systems and applications across multiple platforms
• Contribute to architecture, technical design and development best practices
• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support ongoing enhancements, optimisation and troubleshooting activities
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Strong commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET
• Full-stack development experience across modern web technologies
• Experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 8, REST APIs and SQL Server
• Strong understanding of front-end frameworks and modern UI development
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
• Exposure to Power Apps development and administration
• Experience integrating business applications and automating processes
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
