This is an exiting opportunity to work in the Legal Tech sector, looking to scale an existing product with avenues to expand. We are looking for an AI engineer that wants to work hands on with a flat engineering team to showcase their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimise AI-powered applications and services

Develop and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using structured and unstructured data

Implement intelligent workflows and automation solutions that enhance user productivity

Build scalable APIs and backend services to support AI functionality

Evaluate and improve model performance through testing, benchmarking, and experimentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
