The Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring and Hibernate
- Serve as Agile Product Manager, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Translate stakeholders' needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Integrate, extend, and support IFS ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Senior-level Java development experience (Spring, Hibernate, REST, microservices)
- Hands-on experience with IFS ERP (preferred) and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
- Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's with 9+ years experience, or Master's with 7+ years experience
- Drive product vision and deliver scalable enterprise solutions
