Senior Software Engineer

I'm currently working with a highly innovative AI company building the infrastructure behind large-scale machine learning systems and advanced data collection operations.

They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale the platforms, services, and tooling that enable AI teams to train, benchmark, and deploy next-generation models.

📍Onsite first - central Munich office

💰 Up to €130,000

🔥 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Building and operating backend services that support AI model training and evaluation

✅ Developing software that powers a fleet of autonomous data collection systems

✅ Creating tools to manage and monitor 100+ distributed stations

✅ Owning systems end-to-end from architecture and development through to deployment and production operations

✅ Working closely with AI/ML engineers and cross-functional teams to solve complex real-world challenges

✅ Improving scalability, reliability, observability, and developer experience as systems grow

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production web services

• Strong Python development experience

• Solid understanding of SQL databases

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

• Someone comfortable working across multiple systems and solving ambiguous technical challenges
