Senior Product Manager
We are looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of product management experience.
This role is for someone who knows how to turn strategy into execution, keep cross-functional teams aligned, identify risks early, and drive complex product initiatives from concept through production.
We are not looking for someone who simply manages a backlog or facilitates meetings. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings structure, follows through on commitments, and is comfortable challenging assumptions when necessary.
What You’ll Do
- Own product initiatives from discovery and requirements through development, launch, and post-release improvement.
- Build and maintain clear product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
- Keep cross-functional teams organized, aligned, and focused on agreed priorities and delivery dates.
- Work closely with Engineering leadership to develop realistic delivery plans and identify dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
- Identify blockers and schedule risks early and drive them toward resolution.
- Ensure requirements, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria are clear before development begins.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Operations, Customer Success, Support, and leadership.
- Participate in product acceptance and validation before production releases.
- Track customer feedback and production issues and ensure they are incorporated into product priorities.
- Provide leadership with concise, accurate updates on progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions.
- Facilitate difficult prioritization discussions and drive toward clear decisions and accountability.
Executive Communication
This person must be comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
We are looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and directly.
- Raises problems early rather than allowing surprises.
- Can present recommendations supported by evidence and sound reasoning.
- Is comfortable respectfully disagreeing with leadership, Engineering, customers, or other stakeholders when necessary.
- Has the confidence to say, “I don’t think we should do this, and here is why.”
- Can distinguish between what is on track, what is at risk, and what requires intervention.
AI-Native Product Management
Strong use of AI tools is a requirement for this role.
We expect our Senior Product Manager to actively use modern AI tools to improve the speed and quality of their work, including:
- Product research
- Customer feedback analysis
- Requirements and specifications
- Backlog and ticket development
- Meeting preparation and follow-up
- Project planning
- Risk identification
- Data analysis
- Documentation
- Competitive research
- Executive reporting
- Release communication
- Workflow automation
We are looking for someone who already treats AI as part of their daily operating system—not someone who is just beginning to experiment with it.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Strong experience building and launching software products
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Excellent product requirements and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project execution skills
- Experience working directly with executive leadership
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues before they become major problems
- Strong judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience with QA, release processes, product validation, and post-launch improvement
- Significant hands-on experience using modern AI tools in professional workflows
The Person We Want
You are highly organized and disciplined.
You follow through.
You do not let commitments, decisions, deadlines, or unresolved issues disappear after a meeting.
You are proactive and raise risks before deadlines are missed.
You are comfortable holding yourself and others accountable.
You can move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed product execution.
You listen to stakeholders but form your own informed opinion.
You are not afraid to challenge an idea when the evidence points in another direction.
You understand the difference between activity and progress.
Most importantly, you take ownership of outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means:
- Leadership has clear visibility into product priorities and delivery status.
- Engineering receives clear, complete, and organized requirements.
- Risks and delays are identified early.
- Product commitments become more predictable.
- Teams have clear owners, timelines, and next actions.
- Important follow-up items do not fall through the cracks.
- Product releases are properly validated before reaching customers.
- Customer feedback and production issues consistently influence product priorities.
- AI meaningfully improves the speed and quality of product planning and execution.
This is a senior role for someone who can bring structure, discipline, strong judgment, and accountability to a fast-moving product organization.
