Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines for enterprise data processing.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Integrate, refactor, and maintain core business systems across enterprise platforms.
• Support the repointing and migration of business-critical systems, including CIND, OMS, and ERP/Accounting applications.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation during system and data migration projects.
• Develop automated testing and error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Troubleshoot backend, integration, and data-related issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
• Participate in an Agile and remote working environment, including planning, testing, deployment, and technical discussions.
• Ensure that backend solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

Job Qualification

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, data engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, particularly in:
• ETL pipeline development
• API integration
• Data processing and transformation
• Pandas, SQLAlchemy, or similar libraries
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including:
• Complex SQL queries
• Query and database performance tuning
• Database schema design
• Stored procedures and functions
• Proven experience in system integration, repointing, and refactoring of enterprise business applications.
• Experience with ERP, Accounting, Order Management, or other business-critical systems is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, including data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.
• Experience implementing automated testing and error-handling mechanisms for data pipelines and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and data-related issues.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, ETL workflows, and enterprise data systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and remote collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial, transactional, and business-critical data.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
