Technology Systems Manager

This position is responsible for the oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of the Commission’s national data system, custom reporting tools, help center, website operations, and internal technology infrastructure. The position serves as the primary technical resource for system users and works closely with vendors, committees, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and support the national data system, reports, dashboards, and user resources.

· Troubleshoot user issues and oversee help center operations.

· Coordinate with vendors on system enhancements, testing, maintenance, and upgrades.

· Support the Information Technology Committee and technology-related projects.

· Manage website performance, security, and technology infrastructure.

· Provide technical support for National Office staff, hardware, software, and user accounts.
