WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will participate in:
● Design and implement solutions on Odoo ERP platform.
● Lead technical aspects of projects and mentor junior developers.
● Perform FIT/GAP analysis to align Odoo solutions with client needs.
● Collaborate with coworkers or clients to gather and analyze requirements.
● Optimize code and troubleshoot performance issues.
● Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
● Prepare technical documentation and provide post-deployment support.
WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL GAIN
● Technical skills: ERP system, Python development, system integration, data migration, cloud, DevOps, cyber security, etc.
● Onsite opportunities in the US: you may have chances to travel to the US to work face-to-face with clients and our headquarters team.
● English communication skills: 100% of our clients are businesses in the US. You will be in an English-speaking environment and have ample opportunities to communicate directly with clients and coworkers in the US.
● BA skills: you will participate in analyzing and documenting business processes of typical companies in the US.
● Tech Lead and PM skills: based on your preferences and project requirements, you may have opportunities to take on leadership roles, such as leading small teams or projects as a Tech Lead or
Project Manager.
● AI in development and analysis: we’re applying AI at work, you will have access to advanced tools to grow your competency in the new AI era.
FUTURE ROLES THIS JOB MAY LEAD YOU TO
If you’re successful in this role, you would eventually grow to be one of the following roles in the future:
● ERP Solution Architect / Technical Architect: someone who designs the overall system architecture for complex ERP implementations, including integrations, scalability, performance and technical standards across projects.
● Engineering Manager: someone who leads and grows several development teams, sets engineering practices, and makes sure the team delivers high-quality work.
Minimum Qualifications
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
➢ 4+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience using Python language
➢ 2+ years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation on popular platforms Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Infor, Epicor, Oracle, etc.
➢ Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.
➢ Experience with web services and integrations (REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, MessageQueue, SQL, etc.)
➢ Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, or programming languages as required.
➢ Soft Skills:
○ Advanced-level English communication.
○ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
○ Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
○ Strong client-facing skills with the ability to gather requirements and present technical
solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
➢ Experience with Odoo implementation.
➢ Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
➢ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
