Experience and Skills

• Senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Proven end-to-end project management experience, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience with Flows, OmniScripts, custom fields, and Lightning pages.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, project documentation, Salesforce testing, and data loading processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Comfort using AI tools, especially Claude, for requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Data Loader, UAT, Data Migration, Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Service, Marketing Cloud.

Projects

We are seeking a senior Salesforce Consultant to lead delivery for Healthcare and Life Sciences projects in a fully remote LATAM team. You will serve as a trusted advisor, manage customer communication, and guide projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. You will combine project leadership with hands-on Salesforce configuration, translating business requirements into practical solutions. Your work will include Agile delivery, stakeholder management, testing, data migration, documentation, and AI-assisted requirements analysis and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of small and mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, while supporting larger engagements as a workstream lead.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and maintain clear, timely communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, status updates, and executive-facing materials.
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status meetings in Jira. Manage scope, budget, hours, risks, and change requests against the SOW.
• Coordinate developers, architects, and business stakeholders to keep delivery aligned and remove blockers.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and Salesforce configurations.
• Plan and execute testing, including UAT, data migrations, and data loads using tools such as Data Loader.
• Triage configuration issues and bugs with technical teams, and maintain accurate requirements, decisions, and stakeholder documentation.
