Design and build streamlined pipelines and algorithms for database querying and multiple other applications to support complex dataset analyses
Please Apply If You Have
An MS or PhD in a Biomedical Science and extensive experience with computational biology, bioinformatics and data science
Experience incorporating AI tools into bioinformatics workflows
Expertise in multi-omics integration, systems biology, network medicine, precision and personalized medicine
Machine learning skills (eg. LR, SVM, RF, XGBoost) and extensive experience with: Bayesian/probabilistic modeling, network-based sample similarity algorithms and factorization methods, data cleaning, such as batch effect removal and imputation, and data transformation and visualization
A solid statistical foundation
Expertise programming machine learning and statistical pipelines, preferably in Python

Extensive working knowledge of various AI/machine-learning algorithms and their implementation in biological dataset analysis
A solid understanding of and appreciation for Bayesian statistics and methods
Personal interest in using statistics to evaluate disease models and aging biology

Salary
Starting base pay range: $155,000/yr - $230,000/yr
Starting additional compensation range: $10,000/yr - $40,000/yr
