We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to support the security, architecture, and operation of enterprise cloud and infrastructure environments. This role will focus heavily on securing AWS and Microsoft Azure environments, while partnering with infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to implement scalable security solutions and address complex technical challenges.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cloud and infrastructure security, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to provide technical leadership across security initiatives, incidents, upgrades, and enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex cloud, infrastructure, network, and security technologies, serving as an escalation point for critical issues.
- Support the architecture, implementation, configuration, and ongoing operation of security solutions across AWS, Azure, network, server, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Partner with technology and business teams to perform security and risk assessments and recommend appropriate controls, configurations, and remediation strategies.
- Develop and execute implementation and testing plans to ensure security solutions are deployed effectively and meet technical and business requirements.
- Support the investigation, documentation, and reporting of security incidents and events, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Evaluate security technologies and vendor solutions, assisting with product selection, upgrades, configuration changes, and technical integrations.
- Participate in enterprise projects requiring infrastructure and cloud security expertise, providing guidance on secure architecture and implementation.
- Lead or support complex change, problem, and incident management activities within production environments.
- Identify opportunities to improve the security, resiliency, scalability, and operational effectiveness of cloud and infrastructure platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other infrastructure and security professionals as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience within information security, cloud security, infrastructure engineering, network security, security operations, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience supporting or securing AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including areas such as identity and access management, networking, servers, operating systems, cloud platforms, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting production environments.
- Knowledge of security architecture, risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations concepts.
