About the Opportunity

For a leading private banking environment in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Appway / FNZ Studio Application Support Specialist to join a Client Lifecycle Management team supporting business-critical onboarding and KYC applications.

The position combines L2/L3 application support and production ownership with hands-on Appway engineering, with an approximate split of:

  • 80% Support & Run
  • 20% Development & Engineering

You will contribute to the stability, performance and continuous improvement of Appway-based CLM workflows covering client onboarding, KYC reviews and remediation.

Your Responsibilities

Application Support & Run

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Appway/FNZ Studio applications.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and recurring production issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor workflows, queues, jobs, logs and application performance.
  • Support releases, validations, smoke testing and package promotion across environments.
  • Produce and maintain operational procedures, runbooks and technical documentation.
  • Improve application stability, resilience and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders during incidents and operational activities.

Development & Engineering

  • Develop fixes and minor enhancements within Appway/FNZ Studio.
  • Work with business rules, UI components, connectors and mappings.
  • Integrate REST/SOAP services and work with JSON/XML.
  • Contribute to CI/CD, packaging and deployment activities.
  • Perform testing, code reviews and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CLM/KYC workflows.

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Appway/FNZ Studio experience.
  • Strong experience in L2/L3 application or production support.
  • Previous experience within banking or financial services.
  • Good understanding of CLM/KYC processes, ideally including onboarding, periodic reviews and/or remediation.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git and multi-environment deployments.
  • Comfortable investigating logs, incidents and application performance issues.
  • Fluent English.
  • French is an advantage.
  • Appway/FNZ certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot is beneficial.
  • Private Banking / Wealth Management experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, PEP/sanctions screening or IAM/SSO is beneficial.
  • Swiss residence is mandatory.
  • Willing and able to work 100% onsite in Geneva.

The Ideal Candidate

You combine strong Appway/FNZ Studio expertise with a production-support mindset. You are comfortable taking ownership of incidents, troubleshooting problems and ensuring that critical banking workflows remain stable and available.

At the same time, you remain technically hands-on and can contribute to integrations, fixes, deployments and targeted application improvements.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Work within a sophisticated private banking technology environment.
  • Take ownership of business-critical CLM/KYC applications.
  • Combine Appway/FNZ Studio expertise with real production responsibility.
  • Work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Gain exposure across the full lifecycle of onboarding and KYC workflows.
