We are looking for:

A Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys asking questions, bringing people together and turning complex conversations into clear, actionable requirements.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, as well as Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Developers and Test Analysts, helping ensure that everyone involved in the delivery process shares the same understanding of what needs to be achieved.

From the first workshop to the final release, you will play an important role in shaping solutions that meet real business needs.

What you will do:

• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across different business and technology areas.
• Gathering, analysing and clarifying business and technical requirements.
• Translating requirements into clear and structured user stories.
• Presenting requirements back to their originators and relevant stakeholders to validate accuracy, completeness and understanding.
• Supporting the requirement approval and sign-off process.
• Creating and managing workshop schedules, agendas and stakeholder communications.
• Clearly communicating the expected inputs, outputs and timelines for each workshop.
• Ensuring the right people are involved at the right stage of the requirement-gathering process.

Where additional context is required, you will also create supporting materials such as:

• Business process flows.
• Wireframes.
• Functional documentation.
• Supporting requirement artefacts.

You will ensure these materials remain connected to the relevant user stories, providing clear traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Working with business stakeholders on source-to-target field mapping and business rule definition to support data migration activities.
• Supporting discussions around customer and business data requirements.
• Participating in defect triage alongside Developers and Test Analysts.
• Helping determine whether issues are related to project requirements and contributing to discussions around potential solutions.
• Supporting estimation activities where appropriate.
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of System Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Supporting functional, non-functional and data migration testing activities.
• Participating in Sprint Reviews and helping present completed solutions to key stakeholders.
• Walking Training and Communications teams through release requirements and functional changes.
• Maintaining accurate task-level information and workload management in Azure DevOps.

What you need to have:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role within a technology or digital transformation environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience across CRM modules and extensions, particularly Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
• The ability to translate complex business problems into clear functional requirements.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements as user stories.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with a diverse range of business, customer and technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating business process flows, wireframes and supporting functional documentation.
• A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, Functional Consultants, Solution Architects and QA teams.
• The ability to clearly explain functional requirements and solution approaches to technical teams.
• Experience supporting data migration through source-to-target mapping and business rule definition.
• Experience supporting testing activities and defect triage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• SQL experience
