We are looking for:

An experienced Product Owner with strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to help shape and deliver solutions that support real business needs.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping transform business challenges and technology requirements into clear, actionable user stories. You will play an important role in ensuring that everyone involved in the delivery process—from business stakeholders to developers and testers—shares the same understanding of what needs to be achieved.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, facilitating meaningful conversations and acting as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions.

What you will do:

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technology subject matter experts.
• Gather, analyse and clarify business and technology requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear and well-structured user stories.
• Play requirements back to stakeholders to validate accuracy, completeness and shared understanding.
• Support requirement sign-off and ensure appropriate alignment before delivery begins.
• Create and manage workshop schedules, ensuring stakeholders understand the purpose, expected inputs, outputs and timelines for each session.
• Help create supporting documentation such as business process flows and wireframes where required.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, supporting documentation and user stories.
• Collaborating with the Scrum Team to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Supporting discussions around solution approaches and helping ensure technical designs remain aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Providing functional guidance and context to technical teams.
• Helping translate complex business problems into practical functional requirements.
• Demonstrating and explaining the functional approach behind a proposed solution.
• Supporting the team during refinement, planning and other Agile delivery activities.
• Encouraging open communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Helping identify gaps, dependencies and potential challenges before they affect delivery.

What you need to have:

• Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within complex technology or digital transformation environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience across Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
• The ability to translate business challenges into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience facilitating workshops with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating business process flows, wireframes or other supporting requirement documentation.
• A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience working closely with Developers, Test Analysts, Functional Consultants and Solution Architects.
• The ability to explain functional requirements and solution approaches clearly to technical teams.
• Experience supporting data migration activities and defining business rules.
• Experience participating in testing, defect triage and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and organise your workload effectively.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
