Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst 6 to support enterprise applications and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. The role involves system administration, application deployment, troubleshooting, requirements analysis, cloud infrastructure, security, and collaboration with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and application components across Windows and Linux environments.
- Gather and document technical requirements, research options, and recommend solutions for application enhancements and new initiatives.
- Support enterprise and COTS applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Perform application and server troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.
- Analyze and remediate infrastructure and application vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, developers, infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Support application configuration, upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure changes.
- Implement and support applications within Azure Cloud environments.
- Work with containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.
- Support network, firewall, authentication, SSO, and infrastructure-related requirements.
Required Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience installing and configuring systems and applications on Windows and Linux.
- Strong experience with Windows Server 2016+ and RHEL 7+.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Tomcat, IIS, and MS SQL Server/SQL Management Studio.
- Experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Dynatrace.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell, XML, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SSO, and authentication technologies.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, networking, firewalls, and system architecture.
- Experience with vulnerability remediation, system monitoring, application support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and documentation skills.
Additional Required Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience implementing and configuring applications within Azure Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
Work Requirements
- Hybrid position with onsite work 2 days per week from Day 1.
