Role Description:

The person in this role will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear system specifications. Daily activities include conducting business and systems analysis, mapping processes and workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and supporting solution design in collaboration with engineering teams. The Business System Analyst will participate in requirement review sessions, support testing and validation of new features, and help ensure that systems align with GRC, risk, and compliance standards. The role also involves preparing functional documentation, creating reports and dashboards, and providing ongoing support to end users and drive project teams.

• Candidates should possess strong Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to capture, document, and prioritize stakeholder needs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Experience working with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks or AI-related projects is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to create clear process maps, use cases, and functional specifications, and to support testing and user acceptance activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role in enterprise or technology-driven environments is preferred.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum three years of data engineering, cloud, analytics, or AI experience.
• Cloud certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, API, database, and cloud experience.
• Strong communication, ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
