Experience and Skills

• Senior-level experience building and testing AI agent workflows, including approximately 5 or more years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude skills, Claude artifacts, and MCP tools, including tool routing, error handling, and evaluation.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including safe reads and writes across related records.
• Ability to build polished mobile interfaces with React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing understandable, recoverable error states and reliable transitions between voice and visual interfaces.
• Ability to assess implementation cost and technical tradeoffs and communicate recommendations clearly to leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Evaluation, CRM Integration, Mobile UI, Voice Interfaces, Field Service.

Projects

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to improve Claude-based prototypes and make a mobile voice workflow reliable for field teams in life sciences, medical devices, and related industries. The workflow captures a spoken visit debrief, updates Salesforce records through the MCP, creates requested follow-up tasks, and briefs users on priorities. You will own the mobile demo experience, Salesforce actions, data reusability, workflows and the operation of outbound marketing. This role requires strong autonomy, ownership, practical judgment on voice interactions, artifact limitations, and the ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to nontechnical leadership. The initial outcome is a reusable mobile-first voice experience that allows leadership to select an artifact, complete the debrief, inspect the Salesforce result and run demos perfectly. Production deployments are outside the initial scope. Position is full-time, initially for 2-months with extension based on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve existing Claude-based prototypes and make a visit debrief workflow reliable on mobile devices.
• Build a clear mobile demo flow with minimal taps, visible context, and understandable, recoverable errors.
• Map spoken intent to the correct visit, Salesforce records, task, and owner.
• Verify Salesforce writes and ensure related records are updated safely.
• Prepare and reset synthetic data so the same demonstration can be run repeatedly.
• Create reusable UI patterns and workflow components for related scenarios.
• Assess voice interaction quality and transitions between interfaces.
• Document known limitations and recommend the next iteration.
• Enable users to select a visit or artifact, complete a phone-based debrief, inspect the Salesforce result, reset the data, and repeat the flow.
