Senior Python Engineer (Applied AI)

You will:

• Build internal applications, APIs, automations and AI-powered tools using Python
• Develop and enhance solutions using LLMs, RAG and agent-based architectures
• Work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems
• Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or similar AI coding assistants
• Review, test and improve AI-generated code to production standards
• Design scalable data models, integrations and reusable development patterns
• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback

✅ You have:

• 7+ years of professional Python development experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, testing and maintainability
• Experience developing APIs, services or internal tools using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
• Strong SQL and database design knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM applications, AI agents or RAG solutions
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a production environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

⭐ You might also have:

• LangGraph, MCP or Agent SDK experience
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise platforms
• Pandas, analytics or data automation experience
• Startup, consulting or internal platform engineering background
