What you'll contribute to
As a Management Assistant, you’ll provide trusted support to CleanCo’s Chief Information Officer. You’ll help the CIO manage competing priorities and keep important activities moving. Your work will support effective decision-making, governance and team coordination.
Your work will help the CIO remain focused on Digital & Technology priorities. You’ll also support clear coordination across the leadership team and wider organisation.
In this role you will:
- Manage the CIO’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements and expenses.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate Board and Committee papers relevant to the CIO.
- Track important reporting deadlines, decisions, actions and team priorities.
- Coordinate Digital & Technology meetings, workshops and leadership activities.
- Support onboarding and offboarding across the CIO’s Senior Leadership Team.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information carefully.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and new supplier onboarding.
- Work closely with CleanCo’s Management and Executive Assistant community.
- Provide reception and leave coverage through shared team arrangements.
On your first day you will have:
- Experience providing senior administrative or executive support in a complex organisation.
- Strong calendar, inbox, meeting, travel and deadline coordination experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing, verbally or through visual formats.
- Confidence preparing accurate correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Sound judgement when managing confidential information and competing priorities.
- SAP experience is highly regarded.
- Relevant administration or business management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
