Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage a healthy services pipeline across VIC/NSW/QLD government and public‑sector accounts, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM (MSX) hygiene.
- Originate and close consulting / ISD and Unified support deals, owning the end‑to‑end sales motion from qualification to signature.
- Develop and execute account plans in partnership with account teams, aligning Microsoft services to customer priorities and renewal cycles (EA, MACC, Unified).
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer business and technical decision‑makers, including C‑level stakeholders.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional pursuit teams (specialists, delivery, deal desk, legal) to shape compliant, value‑based proposals.
- Navigate public‑sector procurement and Whole‑of‑Government frameworks, supporting required deal approvals and risk assessments.
- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue and consumption targets.
- Proven enterprise services, solution, or consulting sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate customer outcomes into services proposals.
- Demonstrated government / public‑sector services sales experience into large, complex accounts (Healthcare a strong plus).
- Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting rigor.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and orchestration skills.
- Willingness to travel as required, including to VIC/NSW/QLD customers.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Security) and Unified support offerings.
- Existing relationships within the Western Australian and South Australian markets and government ecosystems.
