Role: Gen AI Engineer/Architect

Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite)

Interview Mode – Final round is F2F

Required Skills & Experience

• Generative AI & LLMs
• Practical experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, embedding models, semantic and hybrid search, document ingestion pipelines.
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform.
• Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Working knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, React (preferred)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Data pipelines and ETL workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/GenAI architecture and solutioning
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership in driving enterprise AI adoption
